You Only Rise as High as What You Believe About Yourself

You Only Rise as High as What You Believe About Yourself

I’ve been thinking a lot about belief lately. Not the kind you perform in temples or churches, but the kind that lives in your bones. The belief that shapes your choices, your resilience, your very breath. The belief in yourself.

I’ve seen it over and over again, people with incredible talent, wisdom, or gifts who hold themselves back simply because they don’t believe they deserve more. I’ve done it too. For years, I carried my family's  expectations, my own doubts, and the weight of a world that tried to tell me who I was allowed to be. I had to unlearn all of it.

Because here’s the truth: You only rise as high as what you believe about yourself.

If you believe you’re unworthy, the world will reflect that back to you. If you believe you’re too old, too broken, too late, the doors will stay closed. But if you believe, even in the quietest corner of your soul, that you are capable of more, that you are meant for something greater, that belief starts to shift everything.

I’ve learned this through yoga, through fighting in the ring, through dance, through shamanic healing, and through watching people transform in front of me when they realize they are bigger than their pain. The moment you decide to believe in yourself, not as a passing thought, but as a full-bodied knowing, everything changes.

So ask yourself: What do you really believe about you? And if the answer is anything less than limitless, start rewriting the story. Because I promise you, there is more. And you are ready for it.
